Operations improvement looks at your processes, people, organisation, technology and resources to assess what can be changed. These changes are generally focused on improving either efficiency or effectiveness, such as seeing what steps can be reduced for processing payments or how can staff time be best utilised.
This will produce a report and coaching sessions to support you your decision making and in improving your operations processes.
Our Process:
Step 1 - After ordering your work, you will receive an automated email with some questions for you to answer. This will help us to learn more about your business and the problems you're facing.
Step 2 - Once we truly understand your needs and after a little research, our consultants will schedule a call with you to ensure we understand exactly what you're trying to achieve before we get to work finding solutions. They will also discuss any other inputs or knowledge you have that may help us get the best result for you.
Step 3 - Now the hard work starts, at least for us! While we get on with our research and creating solutions to your problems, you can put your feet up. We’ll still keep in touch during this time, both to let you know how it’s going and to ask you any questions we may have. Unless you want to meet with us this will be over email.
Step 4 - After an internal check with one of our managers, our consultants will send the finished work over to you. Don't worry if it's not quite right when you see it - we'll still be on hand to make adjustments if you need them and can also arrange a meeting to discuss the process and results if you need it – for no extra charge.
How Long Does It All Take?
All of this usually takes 4-6 weeks but can take a little longer if we or you are a little busy.
