How long does it take to get a response after purchase?

As soon as you make a purchase you receive some forms to your email to get the project started ASAP.

Our specialists then take this information and start the process straight away.

We'll stay in contact and work with you throughout the process so you will always know where we’re up to.

What’s the process and delivery timeline?

After receiving your order you automatically receive some questions to help us get started.

We’ll then arrange a quick meeting at a time that suits you to sort out some details before taking some time to do the work.

After were finished you’ll still get the chance to make some adjustments and if you want to we can meet again to discuss the outputs – free of charge!

All of this usually takes 4-6 weeks but can take a little longer if we or you are a little busy.

Am I committed to a monthly plan?

The simple answer is no.

We know that some months a business might have less cash to use so we don’t want to tie you in on a subscription.

If you want to order repeat services you just need to log back in to your account and complete another order.

We even keep some of your details in your account to make it as smooth as possible if you do this regularly!

Can I use multiple services at the same time?

Yes!

Our clients often use multiple services at the same and were happy to coordinate between our teams to make sure we deliver on your needs effectively.

We’ll get in touch with you to understand exactly how you need things done and discuss a bespoke timeline we can get it all done for you.

Do you offer discounts?

We sometimes offer discounts to all of our clients and these can be used by entering the associated promotional code you have.


We also offer a permanent discount to all qualifying charities or non-profits. If you fill out the Contact Us form and we can clearly see this status then we will give you a unique code to use on any of our services.

Can I change my mind later?

It’s ok if you change your mind part way through a project, but we’d love to see if we can still help you.

You should talk to your project team to start with and if needed we can adjust the details.

If you’re convinced you don’t want to carry on then we can cancel your project and you may even be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Can I request a refund?

Of course you can request a refund!

If we haven’t started any work yet then you will receive a full refund with no questions asked, but if we’ve started the work then you may only be eligible for a partial refund.

The exact amount will depend on how much work we’ve already completed, and we’ll let you know the amount before actually processing the refund just in case you change your mind.
